Renting

As you are all aware, owners may rent their houses to third party guests only for more than 105 days. Responsibility associated with renting apartments totally rests with the owners and we kindly request that owners follow laws. It is obligatory that owners do not rent 1+1 apartments to more than 4 people at any one time, and kindly request that owners do not rent 2+1 apartments to more than 6 people at any one time, as this may cause health and safety problems in terms of area used at the house and it is also against ths law.

Speed limit within the site is 20 kmph. We kindly request you to park your cars on the spots that were desigend and used as car parks. We request you park your cars in the parking lots provided on site by the security cabin. Cars parked on the access streets block water delivery trucks, removal trucks&garbage truck. Carwash is forbidden. When you are parking keep in mind of emergencies like AMBULANCE, FIRETRUCKS, etc...You may need them one day !

PLEASE TAKE A SHOWER BEFORE GETTING IN THE POOL, IF SUNCREAMED TAKE A SHOWER AGAIN. Please abide by the pool rules. Our pools are open between 08:00 – 20:00. After 20:00 chemicals are applied to the pools and so it is extremely dangerous to use the pools after this time, again due to health and safety reasons. Jumping off the main pool into the bottom pool from the center of the waterfall is not allowed; again this is a major health & safety risk to guests. The pools are classed as common areas for all guests to use safely. It is definetely forbidded to go to the pool sides with glasses or bottles. We request that guests don’t leave food, rubbish and cigarettes ends in&aroud the pool area. Please dispose of them in bins provided or take them away with you. It is forbidden to wash feet, slippers in the pools.

The beach is 500 m from HSBR and we have shuttles services going there between 10:00 – 11:00 am and 13:30 – 17:30 pm. For this service, please make a reservation at the office. It is forbidden to make noise & throw your garbage on the beach. Also there is WC, showers and changing room as well. As we are sharing the beach with neighbouring site and please pay attention to use HSBR sun beds and umbrellas only. For this, you can get a bracelet from the office in return of a deposit payment.

In order to live together in peace and harmony, loud noise, high volume music swearing and shouting after 24:00 will not be tolerated. If this does occur the site security have the right to inform local Genderme after the first warning by security. No sound system or loud music will be allowed.

Pets are not allowed within the site without a leash. Please take your pets outside of the site or around the social facilities around the site. The pets are also not allowed in those areas without the leash. Those guests that have pets on site, we would kindly request that you pick any pet mess and dispose of it responsibly. Do not leave your pets alone on your balconies as this may cause your pets to become distressed and agitated. Never allow your pet to disturb your neighbour and also be sensitive that some people may afraid of animals

We kindly request that guests do not litter the site and around the pools. It is forbidden to leave garbage in front of your door and around the pools. Littering causes not only a health and safety risk, but also is visually disturbing. Please be civilized and do not leave or let your kid leave any kind of litter anywhere.

It is forbidden to leave a place on the sun loungers in the morning. Towel-strewn sunbeds can be left unattended for a maximum of one hour. Towels left unattended for more than 1 hour can be gently folded and left on the tables by people who really want to use the sun loungers, by notifying the management.- It is forbidden to leave a place on the sun loungers in the morning.

All satellite antennas placed in a way that creates visual pollution are prohibited and will be removed by the administration. In addition, during the replacement of air conditioners, installations contrary to the project are prohibited and will be removed by the management

Hanging laundry on the balcony rails, front of the doors or in the gardens are strictly forbidden.
